How does fabric sourcing through Sundust work?
You send a spec — construction, weight, colour, finish and target price, or just the end product. We shortlist mills in Keqiao that can hit it, pull lab dips and hangers, and send physical samples. What does the sourcing service cost?
For stocked and standard cloth there is no separate sourcing fee — our margin is in the trade price, the same as buying from any wholesaler. For bespoke constructions, custom prints or large negotiated programmes we agree the terms up front so there are no surprises. Ask us for a quote and we will be clear about pricing before you commit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stocked fabric can start at a single roll for sampling and small runs. Mill-direct and custom-dyed orders carry an MOQ that varies by construction — typically a few hundred to a couple of thousand metres per colour. Full detail is on our samples & MOQ page.
How long do samples and bulk take?
Samples of stocked cloth dispatch within about 48 hours; lab dips for custom colours run three to five days. Bulk lead times depend on the mill and quantity but usually fall between two and four weeks before pre-shipment inspection. We confirm real dates on quotation.
