Quality & sourcing

Inspected by the roll. Matched by the lot.

We buy finished fabric where it is woven and dyed — then we check it before it leaves China. From lab dip to pre-shipment inspection, every order is sampled, approved and counted against your spec, so what lands at your port is exactly what you signed off.

Sourcing reach

Thousands of mills, one buying desk.

Keqiao — China Textile City — is the largest fabric market in the world, with thousands of mills and converters within a few kilometres of our desk. We work that network every day, so instead of chasing one or two suppliers you tap into the whole base through a single contact.

We don’t take the first quote. For each enquiry we shortlist mills on weight, hand, colour fastness and price, then sample the strongest options side by side. You see the real cloth, the real lead time and the real cost before you commit — and we hold that mill to the standard right through bulk.

How it runs

From enquiry to container.

Brief & shortlist

You send the spec — weight, composition, colour, finish and target price. We shortlist the mills that can actually hit it and come back with options.

Lab dips & samples

We pull lab dips and hangers from the shortlist so you approve colour and hand on real cloth, not a screen, before any bulk is cut.

Bulk approval

Once you sign off the sample, we lock the dye lot and confirm bulk against it — weight, width and shade all checked to the approved standard.

Pre-shipment inspection

Before loading we inspect the goods roll by roll to AQL, verify counts and documentation, then release the container for export.
Our commitments

What we check, every order.

Dye-lot consistency

We lock and match dye lots across an order and across repeats, so a re-cut next season still drops next to last season’s cloth.

Roll-by-roll inspection

Every roll is opened and checked for shade, width, hand and visible faults — not a spot check, the whole shipment.

Shrinkage & colour fastness

We test shrinkage, rubbing and wash fastness on representative cloth so the fabric behaves the way your cutting room and your customer expect.

AQL pre-shipment

A final inspection to an agreed AQL before loading — quantities, packing and marks verified so nothing surprises you at the port.
