Shirting Fabric, Wholesale

Shirting fabric wholesale for the factories that cut and sew it — poplin, twill and oxford in cotton, CVC and poly-cotton, stocked deep in Keqiao (China Textile City) and dye-lot matched so a uniform programme stays the same shade from the first roll to the last. We supply shirt makers, uniform factories and importers across MENA by the roll or the container.

What we supply

Crisp, colour-fast cloth built for shirts.

Our shirting range covers every construction a shirt or uniform programme orders: poplin in fine 40s and 50s single yarns — or 80s/2-ply for premium formal shirts — for a smooth, close plain weave; twill in higher thread densities for a soft drape and subtle diagonal; oxford in a basket-weave rib, mostly yarn-dyed, for casual button-downs; and dobby and chambray for textured and tonal looks. Weights run roughly 100–160 GSM.

Fibres span 100% cotton, CVC (60/40 cotton-rich), TC / poly-cotton (65/35) and 100% polyester for hard-wear uniforms. Widths run 145–150 cm (58/59″). We finish for the end use — mercerised and sanforised for stability, plus easy-care, wrinkle-free and soil-release treatments for corporate and workwear shirting. The detail that matters on a production line is dye-lot consistency: we match lots and hold stock on core whites and shades so repeat uniform orders land in the same colour. Sourced through our mill network in China Textile City; part of the wider garment fabric range from Sundust Textile.

Buyer questions

Shirting fabric wholesale, answered.

Which shirting fibre should I order — cotton, CVC or poly-cotton?

For premium formal shirts, 100% cotton poplin in 50s or 80s/2-ply yarns gives the best hand. For uniforms and workwear, CVC (60/40) or TC poly-cotton (65/35) hold press, resist shrinkage and wear longer; 100% polyester is the most hard-wearing and lowest cost. Tell us the end product and we will recommend the construction and weight.

Do you offer easy-care and wrinkle-free finishes?

Yes. We supply mercerised and sanforised cotton for stability, plus easy-care, wrinkle-free and soil-release finishes for corporate and uniform shirting, so a garment looks pressed through a long shift.

What is your minimum order and what about yarn-dyed oxford?

Stocked poplin, twill and plain shades start at a single roll. Yarn-dyed oxford, stripes and custom colourways are made to order — MOQ is typically 200–500 metres per colour with a longer lead time. See how we run fabric sourcing from China for full MOQ and sampling terms.

How fast can I get samples, and what else can you supply?

Stocked cloth dispatches within 48 hours. We also stock the rest of the apparel range — suiting fabric for jackets and trousers and lining fabric matched to your shell. Send the construction, weight and shade — or just the garment — on the contact page and we will send swatches and pricing within one business day.
